What gets measured gets sustained.

For retail, clinics, real estate, shopping malls and any operation that generates data: custom dashboards to decide with numbers, not gut feeling, and data that stays in your hands.

What we solve

  • Each department reports a different number for the same thing.
  • The monthly report is built by hand in spreadsheets.
  • You have an ERP or a sales system, but leadership can't see what it needs.
  • Your data is locked in a vendor's platform.

Atlas Sigma services

  • Custom dashboards

Dashboards built for your operations in days, with no per-user licenses and the design your leadership team needs.

    • Free-form design, not rigid templates: each dashboard looks the way you need
    • Each person sees only the data their role allows
    • Each dashboard runs isolated and is checked before it reaches your team
    • No per-user fees: the dashboards and the data are yours
  • Data integration

Your data from spreadsheets, the ERP and scattered systems, brought into a single reliable source you own.

    • Connections to your systems and spreadsheets
    • One version of every number, with history
    • Open format that doesn't depend on a vendor
  • Commercial insights

Which store, product line or customer performs and which doesn't, to decide prices, rents and campaigns.

    • Profitability by store, business line or customer
    • Rent-to-sales ratio for leasable spaces
    • Monthly review with your commercial team
  • Visitor analytics

How many people come in, where they walk, which zones they visit and at what times.

    • Design and renewal of people-counting cameras
    • Cross-checks against manual counts
    • Computer vision on existing security cameras
  • Custom mathematical models

Pure mathematicians build the model your operations need: we don't adapt a generic one, we design it for your reality.

    • Forecasts of demand, sales or visits
    • Optimization of resources, shifts and schedules
    • Models validated with your own data before you use them

Example · shopping mall

A dashboard that shows which store performs and which needs attention.

In a shopping mall, we brought the sales reported by stores and the rents into a single source, and turned them into a daily dashboard on the building's floor plan. Leadership no longer waits for the monthly report: every day it sees which stores are healthy and which need a conversation. We also measure how many people come in through the entrances.
