The context
A shopping mall whose stores report their sales, while rents live in another system. Every month, someone cross-checked the two by hand in spreadsheets.
The challenge
Have a single version of the numbers, updated with no manual work, and a quick way to see which stores are healthy and which need a conversation.
What we did
- Atlas Stack
Software that consolidates the sales stores report each day and joins them with rents, in a repository with history and in an open format.
- Atlas Sigma
A dashboard on the building's floor plan with a traffic light per store, the weight of rent on sales and a rent-to-sales matrix that separates stores with potential from overstretched ones.
Results
- One versionof sales and rents, updated every day
- No hand-built reportsthe dashboard builds itself from the day's data
- Store-by-store decisionsrenewals, rents and commercial support
